Rehabs and Open Houses
Hello Everyone, We hope all is well. Just wanted to touch base and let you know what we have been up to lately. We are working with investors on rental home purchases. We also contracted all of the labor on a few homes being rehabbed for rental income. This past weekend (and the weekend before – National Open House Weekend), we held open houses and assisted with a community yard sale. If you are looking for a home, rental or you have one to sell, we offer full-service assistance. It’s not just about closing a property but about making the entire transition a smooth one. We do that by giving our sellers all of the current facts about the market conditions and comparable sales in their area. We aggressively market their property through MLS, signage, fliers and advertising.
